So, I'm graduating from college in little over a month... and I have absolutely no intention of getting an office job like the majority of recent college grads. Instead, three days after I get my diploma, I'll be driving out to Wyoming to work on a ranch. I'll be at the ranch until mid October, after which I'm hoping to spend some time working on an organic farm on the California coast. After that--who knows. Conservation Corps? Internship? Something else entirely? I'm open to whatever opportunity arises.
I'll be using this blog to keep my friends and family updated on where I am and how I'm doing. I tried blogging once before when I spent the summer in Ireland, and I gave up about a month in. I'm hoping this one works out better...
I'm setting the blog up now because... well... I'm procrastinating. Behind this webpage is a Microsoft Word document containing a draft of my senior capstone paper... whoops. Perhaps I should get back to that so I can actually graduate and start this little adventure...
